Every reformer exercise engages your deep core muscles, creating a strong, stable foundation for your whole body.
The variable resistance system targets muscles you didn't even know you had, creating lean, defined muscle tone.
Strengthen the muscles that support your spine and improve your alignment for better posture all day long.
Low-impact by design, reformer Pilates protects your joints while still delivering a seriously effective workout.
New to Reformer Pilates? Here's everything you need to know before stepping into the studio.
Give yourself time to settle in, meet your instructor, and get comfortable with the reformer machine before class begins.
Fitted activewear works best so your instructor can see your alignment. Grip socks are recommended but not essential.
Our instructors provide modifications for every exercise. You'll never feel out of place — everyone starts somewhere.
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Your instructor will guide you through every exercise and offer modifications to match your ability.
The reformer machine adds variable spring resistance, allowing you to work muscles through a greater range of motion. It provides support and challenge simultaneously, making exercises both more accessible and more intense.
Comfortable, form-fitting activewear is ideal. We recommend grip socks for hygiene and grip on the machine, but they're not mandatory. Avoid loose clothing that may get caught in the reformer.
We keep our classes small — a maximum of 12 participants — so every member receives personalised attention and corrections from the instructor.
For best results, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week. However, even one session a week will deliver noticeable benefits to your strength, posture, and flexibility.
